Tips & Tricks!

Hey fans!
I've decided to have a tips and tricks segment to the cooking blog!  First up: hard boiled eggs!  I know, we've already passed Easter and I'm sure many of you ended up with under or over-cooked eggs that were beautiful on the outside but lacked perfection on the inside.
So, read carefully- this is the easiest thing, so you don't want to miss it:
Step one: fill large pot half way with water
Step two: place eggs in pot
Step three: bring water to boil
Step four: TURN BURNER OFF
Step five: let sit in pot for 20 minutes
DONE!  Let cool, remove shell, and enjoy!
